Cities on my bucketlist

Hey!

So I thought it would be fun to show you my bucket list of great cities I want to visit sometime in the future!

1. Paris, France

I’ve kind of already been to Paris but I, unfortunately, did not see anything of the city because my family and I were just going with a minibus from Orly airport to Charles de Gaulle. I remember thinking that I might see some of the city and maybe even the Eiffel tower from the bus window. But no, the minibus only drove on the highways just outside of Paris and I wasn’t able to see anything besides fields. Disappointed? Yeah.

I’ve understood that Paris is one of the most visited cities in the world, that it is the capital of fashion and that they have the most incredible food. And of course, everyone knows about the world-famous attractions like the Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Notre Dame de Paris and Disneyland Paris, etc. And who would say no to that?

2. New York City

Lately I’ve been obsessed with the thought about The big Apple. Maybe because I have been re-watching Gossip Girl a lot the past few weeks. You know, walking the streets and pretend that you’re Blair Waldorf! See the statue of liberty, Central Park, Empire State Building, Times Square, Brooklyn Bridge, and the list goes on and on. It would certainly feel unreal.

3. Tokyo, Japan

When I was younger I loved to watch all the movies by Hayao Miyazaki like My neighbor Totoro, Spirited away, Ponyo, Howl’s moving castle, and more crazy good movies. All of these movies takes place in Japan and some of them in Tokyo. The whole Japanese culture seems so cool, artistic and a mixture of traditional and high tech/future inspired, really different from the Swedish culture. Visiting Japan and be able to try some actual Japanese sushi is truly a dream of mine!

4. San Francisco

Give me one good reason why you wouldn’t want to go to San Fran? Ever since watching Full House, I’ve wanted to explore this unique city. My mom also lived in San Francisco for a while when she was younger so it would be cool if she could show me around.

5. Venice, Italy

Imagine turquoise canals, charming architecture, shopping, cafes and Italian food. That’s my picture of Venice and what I hope to see the day I finally visit the city.

Thank you so much for reading! Until next time!
