Two 6 hour flights, first from Sweden to transfer in Doha, Qatar further to finally arrive in Colombo, Sri Lanka. I’ve literally been dying to get here ever since we booked and now I’m finally here in paradise!! So stoked! Seychelles, Seychelles, Seychelles where to begin. The remote island group outside of Africa’s east coast. I have been to many islands – the islands outside of Thailand, The Philippines, Guadeloupe, Mauritius. White beaches and palm trees might look similar on google. In reality, they are completely different from each other and bring their own charm to the table.
For about a week over New Year’s we moved away from Stellenbosch and rented a house in Constantia which is a big suburb outside Cape Town. The house belongs to a family with small kids which wasn’t hard to notice. They have this enormous room only as a playroom for the kids. Which my small cousins really enjoyed. The house has a amazing backyard with a pool and a great view on the mountains. I really liked this place, it was near to everything.
